Light and Comfortable Apartments for 2-6 persons. Total capacity: 26 beds + 4 extra places.

All units is equipped for self-household,
Beds have duvets and pillosws. Use your own linen, or rent here.
The appartments shall be cleaned out by departure. Or you can
pay for final clean when booking.
* If booking only 1 night, we`ll add NOK 250 on the minimum price.
* One child under school age will not be counted ekstra.
* Prices in the schedule is conduct . Take contact for exact total for your stay.

Pernillestø is located about. 3 min. walk from Rorbua./ Andreasbua.
The same island/property, but two different side roads from the main road.
Both side roads are marked with wooden signs, "Bulandsferie", with arrows to "Pernillestø/Gjestebrygge" and to "Rorbu".
At Pernillestø you find Pernille cottage, and the seahouse with the apartments Pernillebu 1 and 2.

At Andreasbua / the Fishermans cottage you find the apartments Buatoppen, Norbu and Sørbu.

When ordering you pay a deposit, about 1/3 of the amount, into our bank account to confirm the booking.

We do not take card payment. Rest should be paid by bank in good time before arrival, latest 7 days.
Keep a bank receipt to show. - if eventually cash for smaller payments, we only take NOK.
When booking happens less than 14 days before arrival, the total amound shall be paid at once.
* If guests have said to do the final cleaning, and it is not properly done, bill will be sent, of minimum Nok 600,-
Cancelling rules
*All cancelling has to be written and sent by email to bulandsferie@gmail.com
*Cancelling more than 14 days before arrival, the rest of the total amount will not be claimed. Deposit will not be refunded.
*If cancelling 0-13 days before arrival, the customer is responsible for the whole amount. The bill will be sent the customer.
*If visitors leave before the booked days are over, the restaining amount will not be refunded.
